Returns & Exchange Policy

No Cash Refunds — We Make It Right Instead Because every Muzuri piece is tailored specifically for you, we do not offer cash refunds. What we do offer is a full commitment to ensuring your garment fits and looks exactly as it should — through an exchange or a refinement.

What We Offer Instead

Exchange

We'll remake or swap your garment for a different size, colour, or style of equal value. Perfect if you ordered the wrong size or changed your vision.

Refinement

Minor adjustments — taking in/letting out seams, hemming, sleeve adjustments — so your garment fits perfectly. Most refinements are done free of charge.

Eligibility — 14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Your item must be:

  • Unworn and unaltered (refinements excluded)
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your order number as proof of purchase
  • Free from perfume, stains, or signs of use

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items deliberately altered by the customer after delivery
  • Garments damaged through misuse, washing errors, or negligence
  • Sale or clearance items (unless they arrive faulty)
  • Undergarments and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
  • Rush orders marked as final sale at time of purchase

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your account at My Dashboard → Returns.
  2. Select the delivered order you wish to return.
  3. Choose Exchange or Refinement and describe the issue clearly.
  4. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on where to send the item.
  5. Once we receive the garment, your exchange or refinement is processed within 7–10 business days.

Alternatively, email admin@muzuridesigns.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect due to our error. In that case, we will arrange and cover the cost of collection.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your garment arrives with a defect or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a free collection and re-make or correct the garment at no additional cost to you.
