1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and placing orders on Muzuri Designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in colour may occur due to photography and screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed upon receipt of proof of payment (POP) or successful iKhokha transaction. Orders are confirmed via email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping

Delivery is within South Africa. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Free shipping applies to orders over R800. Muzuri Designs is not liable for delays caused by courier services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the exclusive property of Muzuri Designs and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
